Hola, friends! I’m writing this from Tamarindo, Costa Rica, where we are planning a massive fiesta to celebrate the publication of El Plan de la Alegria. It’s been just over one year since The Joy Plan was published and the response has truly been beyond my wildest dreams. I lost count after 1,000 letters from readers telling me how the book changed their lives and inspiring me with stories of their own joy plans.

I don’t like to talk about myself. Just ask the journalists who’ve interviewed me recently and complained that I needed to stop asking them so many questions, so that they could ask me a few. Continue reading I Have To Tell You Something

As more and more people (beyond my parents and a few friends) are reading my book, The Joy Plan, one of my worries is that I don’t have enough problems. I mean, people will look at me and think that all of my problems are gone. And so what could I possibly know about how hard it is to find joy? Continue reading Do I Have Enough Problems?
